The administrator of personal data is Union Investment Institutional Property GmbH, a company incorporated under German law with headquarters in Hamburg, Germany (address: 70 Valentinskamp, 20355 Hamburg) (the "Company"), which will process the personal data. The personal data to the extent provided in the correspondence will be processed by the Company in order to provide an answer in accordance with the expressed consent pursuant to Art. 6 Clause 1 lit. a of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/ EC (GDPR).

Personal data may be disclosed to employees or associates of the Company, as well as the managing entity Sarni Stok and other entities that provide support to the Company on the basis of commissioned services, and in accordance with entrusted contracts. Personal data will be processed for the above purposes until the withdrawal of the consent based on which the data is processed. After withdrawal of consent, the data contained in the consent will be processed for a period of 6 years from the last use of the data for the above mentioned purposes.
